How hot does the sauna get?
The sauna reaches temperatures of up to 55°C (131°F) depending on steamer settings and session length. This is a safe and effective heat range for steam therapy, creating intense sweating and deep relaxation without overheating the body.
Can I use the sauna indoors and outdoors?
Yes. The Recovery Sauna is waterproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. For colder seasons or freezing climates, we recommend indoor use to extend product life. Outdoors, ensure a stable flat surface and cover the unit during heavy rain or snow.
What is the difference between a steam sauna and a dry sauna?
- Steam sauna (like the Recovery Sauna): Provides higher humidity, stimulates deeper sweating, and is especially effective for detoxification, skin health, and respiratory relief.
- Dry sauna: Uses hot air with very low humidity, producing a more intense dry heat. This can feel harsher and dehydrate faster but is traditional in Finnish culture.
Both methods have benefits have the same benefits, but steam saunas are generally better for skin hydration, detox, and relaxation.

How do I clean the sauna?

Geweldige aankoop! Opzetten gaat heel gemakkelijk en wordt snel warm. In de video staat de sauna nog geen 10 min aan. zweten maar!

Exact wat is beloofd Bezorging snel, communicatie vlot, product exact zoals geadverteerd.
De cabine is prima in elkaar te zetten. Zorg er wel voor dat je met een blokje of een rubber hamer de boel even aantikt. Anders valt het snel weer uit elkaar als je de hoes eroverheen haalt. Ik had de pech dat er een fabrieksfout in zat. 1 rits i.p.v. 2. Dus de deur moet dan helemaal tot het einde open om erin te gaan en dan is er al stoomverlies. Gelukkig is de klantenservice goed bereikbaar en zorgen ze voor goede adviezen en de oplossing (tent met goede ritsen) is ook alweer onderweg. Vanavond toch willen testen, dus erin gaan zitten en dan met de afstandsbediening aangezet. Rits sluit dan niet volledig, maar staat tegen de schutting, dus het ging redelijk. Erg omslachtig, maar daarna lekker ontspannend. We hebben er een leuk hoekje van gemaakt!
Helemaal top, sinds ik hem binnen heb gebruik ik het elke dag zo wat. Vooral door mijn werk heb mijn lichaam rust en ontspanning nodig. Daar helpt deze 200% bij helemaal blij

Heerlijke onspanning in een stoomcqbine in je eigen huis. Hoe lekker is dat :). Hier staat hij in een hoekje in de slaapkamer. Mooi compact. Lekker warm worden na een ijsbad, of gewoon zomaar omdat het zo lekker ontspannend is. Aanrader!
De tent om de stokken heen krijgen was nog een dingetje. De ritsen lijken ook niet kei stevig. Nu hij eenmaal staat doet hij het perfect. Oom de afstandsbediening is erg fijn. Snel opgewarmd.
De sauna op zichzelf is zeker goed genoeg. De bouwkwaliteit is helaas toch wel een heel pak minder goed. En het stoeltje is extreem klein. Daar 20 minuten op zitten doet gewoon pijn. De hoes over het frame krijgen was een echte nachtmerrie. Deze zit zo strak dat er zowel 2 verbindingsstukken gebarsten zijn, maar ook dat de rits niet verder open kan dan enkel het linkse stukje.
Handig, compacte sauna. Na een klein 10 minuten klaar om te zweten.

De sauna zelf is zeer makkelijk op te zetten en stond binnen een minuut of 10. Compact en past zelfs in mijn appartement. Met de saunamat is het nog comfortabeler, echt aanrader. Wordt goed warm en zweten gegarandeerd.
Had eerder het ijsbad besteld, maar zat erg te twijfelen aan de Recovery Sauna. Tot ik een erg mooi aanbod kreeg wat ik niet kon laten liggen. Dus uiteindelijk toch besteld. Ik had er zelfs weken geleden al ruimte voor gemaakt in mijn sportkamer. Ondanks de twijfels toen. Nu zeer blij dat ik hem binnen heb. Wat een ontspanning na het sporten. Eerst een ijsbad en dan een sauna! En dat in de privacy van mijn eigen huis! De sauna zelf is zeer makkelijk op te zetten en stond binnen een minuut of 10. De tent zelf is zeer compact en past zelfs in mijn appartement. Ik heb hem nu in mijn afsluitbare sportkamer staan, maar hij zou zelfs nog passen op mijn balkon. Ik heb hem besteld met de saunamat en die zou ik iedereen aanraden: de tent en zeker de vloer ervan, wordt behoorlijk vochtig. De mat verhoogt het comfort en beschermt je vloer. In mijn geval laminaat. Ik ben er erg blij mee! Het opwarmen of op stoom komen kost even tijd, maar dan heb je wel wat. Hij wordt goed warm en ik zweette mij te pletter. En dat voor een fractie van de kosten van een saunabezoek. En veel relaxter ook. Hij staat bij mij voor een klapraam en een buitendeur, dus dat is ideaal om te ontluchten. Wel heb ik wat opmerkingen: - de poten/raamwerk is van plastic. - het snoer naar de stomer is maar 1 meter - er zat geen batterij bij de afstandsbediening - in tegenstelling tot vermeld is de stoomunit geen 4, maar 3L - de afstandsbediening is infrarood. Dus vanuit de sauna kan je de stoomunit hem niet bedienen zonder op zijn minst een rits te openen om er zicht op te hebben.
Super ervaring. Finse saunagevoel zonder Finse sauna! Ideaal.
Top ding! Voelt erg kwalitatief aan en en makkelijk in elkaar te steken met goede handleiding. Ziet er ook mooi uit. En het het belangrijkste wordt lekker warm!!

eerst kon me verbinding stukken niet aan elkaar maar ik dat doorgegeven en kreeg gelijk nieuwe. Het was een goede service. Het werkte echt top beter dan dat ik had verwacht

Werkt goed, gebruik het dagelijks. Alleen jammer dat met het in elkaar zetten 2 stangen zijn gebroken. Misschien hoort dat zo , zodat het zeil wel dichtgeritst kan worden.
