How do I keep the water clean?
Always keep the ThermoDome® lid on when not in use.
Without additives, refresh the water once per week in summer, and every 2 weeks in winter.
Clean the liner with warm soapy water when refilling. For best results, use our Ozone Generator — it keeps the water fresh and crystal clear.
How often should I replace the water?

Zeer tevreden.
Ik had de pre-order van The Plunge Recovery pod+ & chiller pro. Enkele weken voor mijn bestelling kreeg ik de mail in verband met een mogelijke upgrade naar de Recovery pod Ultra. De communicatie was duidelijk en vlot. De levering duurde iets langer als verwacht maar ook daarover werd duidelijk gecommuniceerd.
Het bad was snel geïnstalleerd en lijkt van zeer degelijke kwaliteit. De cooler is simpel in gebruik en compact.
Kortom zeer tevreden.
Enkel de meegeleverde kleppen bij de recovery pod ultra passen er niet meer tussen als je de cooler aansluit waardoor je de buizen niet vast- of los- kan koppelen zonder waterverlies.
Het duurde best wel een tijdje, voor alles deed. De beschrijving zou denk ik wat meer in stap voor stap moeten worden omschreven. En ook hoe je het best het bad neer kan zetten. Verder probleem oplossingen aangeven, desnoods online!
Pas 1 dag geïnstalleerd, maar de kwaliteit ten opzichte van mijn vorige ijsbad is duidelijk véél beter!
Hopelijk werkt de ozon generator dus zoals beloofd even goed, maar heb er veel vertrouwen in !
Tevreden met de aankoop van het ijsbad met Chiller. De handleiding kan wat duidelijker, vooral de beschrijving van de onderdelen. Jammer dat de slangen van de Chiller direct op het ijsbad moeten worden aangesloten, maar zelf opgelost met 1/2 koppeling tussen de slang en meegeleverde kraantjes van het ijsbad te plaatsen. Nu kan bij vorst bijvoorbeeld de Chiller eenvoudig losgekoppeld worden. De deksel van het ijsbad is niet bestand tegen het gewicht van de regen en zakt hierdoor in, wat ik niet had verwacht bij de upgrade na de ULTRA.
De plunge met de chiller maakt het makkelijk voor mij om iedere morgen een ijsbad te nemen zonder dat ik daadwerkelijk met ijs in de weer ben. Het zorgt voor een fitte start van de dag!
Ik zou adviseren om het duurdere model te proberen.
Deze koeler is luid en koelen gaat erg traag.
Het was buiten 10 graden en het water van 15 naar 10 graden koelen duurde anderhalf uur..
Wel heel tevreden over kwaliteit van de materialen, gemak van opstellen en installeren en communicatie van het bedrijf.
Weinig sterren omdat de hoofdfunctie - het bad koud maken best langzaam en luidruchtig is.
Het duurde even voor de bestelling binnenkwam, en er was een probleem met de aansluiting en de Chiller zelf, maar in overleg met het support team was dat vlot opgelost. De chiller werkt nu goed, koelt het water vlot af en wordt meerdere keren per week gebruikt. kortom, zeer tevreden nu!
De Chiller PRO doet wat ie moet doen. Koelt goed, watertemperatuur al op 5 graden gehad, maar kost wel wat tijd. Je moet wat geduld hebben. Persoonlijk vind ik dat de ventilator best wel veel lawaai maakt. Dat had wel een stuk minder gemogen.
Dit is eerlijk gezegd de beste aankoop die ik in jaren heb gedaan. Het hele systeem voelt alsof het jaren meegaat. Ik had er wat schrik voor dat het ingewikkeld zou zijn, maar dat valt reuze mee. Zelfs mijn zoon van 15 kan hem bedienen. Het water blijft koud, proper en stabiel. Je merkt gewoon dat dit gebouwd is om lang mee te gaan.
Lang verhaal, maar ik kan dit iedereen aanraden. Opbouwen ging makkelijk, alle onderdelen zaten netjes verpakt. Het geluid van de chiller is hoorbaar maar niet storend, en het resultaat is ongelooflijk. Ik had het water op 8 graden gezet en de dag erna stond het nog altijd perfect op temperatuur. Ik gebruik dit samen met mijn vrouw na onze trainingen en het verschil in herstel is enorm. Minder spierpijn, sneller weer fit. Echt geld goed besteed.
Heel blij dat ik voor de PRO ben gegaan. Het voelt echt als een investering in mijn gezondheid. Mijn herstel gaat sneller, en ik slaap beter sinds ik dit gebruik.
